Cause class 9 walked to the glen innes Aquatic Center pool’s,when we got there we got dress up into our tags at the swimming pools we had three instructors one is group 1,group 2 and group 3.when we got inside the pools is felt warm inside we did freestyle and arm cercle small kicks and breathing,strokes in time.



 I have been learning about arm circle. How to do arm circle is you have to put your chin on you chase so you can flot. Left arm is swimming arm and your right arm is your breathing arm so you have to lift up your left arm and make one circle and then lift your right arm and make one circle and breath from your right so you don’t die.



 Next time i will do better at rocket arm cause i struggle because I have to breath in and out and some time I get tired at kicking my legs.

Start your writing here: The sun shone brightly as we walked quickly to our swimming lesson. I was feeling exhausted from the sun shone brightly as we walked for our swimming lesson as i dipped my toes into the glistening water, i felt a cold up my leg. i quickly dolfe into the pool and i felt cool as the sun behind me had disappeare. Reflection: i think i did really well today.

it was camp my team was the caretaker and we went kayak my team all went on it and we had fun. When Mr Burt said your done he said we had only 10 mint after that we had to dry up for lunch.

One afternoon we got ready for swimming when we got there we went for a shawirs when we went in side it was cold we splash and jumped off and did a big splash.

today I’m going to exllsplaen what is a good friend is about. Trustwrthy mean’s when someone bring a fizzy drink to school wich is not to bring to school and he shows it to he’s friend. He trust’s his friend that he whont tial’s eneyone or his techer that he has a fizzy. honest mean’s when your mum or dad tawl’s him,her to do something for them when they are gone and they are honest about you to do something for them. funny mean’ when a presen tawl’s a joke and it make’s you lguah and it make’s you cry,and happy and you just can’t stop lguahing.
